The ASA have published their latest guidance on the marketing of cannabidiol (CBD) products. The guidance provides tips and advice on how to avoid trace levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in business products and also how to avoid using medicinal type claims on food or food supplements containing CBD.
The guidance also touches on health claims which are not permitted on CBD products at present.
