\u5c06\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u3002\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u4e2d\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u5728 1985 \u5e74\u5c31\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86 10 \u4ebf\uff0c\u800c\u90a3\u65f6\u8ddd\u79bb\u5de5\u4e1a\u9769\u547d\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u4e16\u7eaa\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u4ece\u672a\u89c1\u8fc7\u5982\u6b64\u9ad8\u7684\u589e\u957f\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6269\u5f20\u5c06\u5e26\u6765\u6d88\u8d39\u652f\u51fa\u7684\u4e0a\u5347\u2014\u2014\u9884\u8ba110\u5e74\u5185\u5c06\u8fbe\u5230$28\u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u2014\u2014\u5176\u4e2d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u652f\u51fa\u5c06\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oecd-development-matters.org\/2018\/11\/07\/who-will-drive-consumer-spending-in-the-next-decade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u897f\u65b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u91cd\u5efa\u50a8\u84c4<\/a>\uff0c\u4e9a\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u6ce8\u91cd\u901a\u8fc7\u6295\u8d44\u548c\u6d88\u8d39\u5b9e\u73b0\u56fd\u5185\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgdev.org\/article\/africa-must-manufacture-its-way-%E2%80%98lion-economy%E2%80%99-arab-news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u975e\u6d32\u4eba\u53e3<\/a>\u00a0\u9884\u8ba1\u4e9a\u6d32\u4e5f\u5c06\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4f46\u4e9a\u6d32\u4e0e\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u533a\u522b\u5728\u4e8e\u5176\u5404\u81ea\u653f\u5e9c\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u79cd\u589e\u957f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff1a\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u5e02\u573a\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u4e9a\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u8fd8\u662f\u53f0\u6e7e\uff0c\u90fd\u62e5\u6709\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff08\u6709\u5f62\u548c\u65e0\u5f62\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u653f\u5e9c\u7ee7\u7eed\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u516c\u8def\u3001\u5bbd\u5e26\u63a5\u5165\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u3002\u4f46\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4e9a\u6d32\u5e02\u573a\u90fd\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4f4e\u5229\u7387\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u5e02\u573a\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u6b63\u662f\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u7a33\u5b9a\u548c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8150\u8d25\u63a8\u52a8\u4e86\u5916\u56fd\u76f4\u63a5\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u975e\u6d32\u548c\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u5c06\u6fc0\u589e\uff0c\u4f46\u540e\u8005\u62e5\u6709\u8ba9\u4f01\u4e1a\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u79cd\u589e\u957f\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">\u4f34\u968f\u589e\u957f\u800c\u6765 <strong>\u76d1\u7ba1\u6311\u6218<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u589e\u957f\u548c\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u6295\u8d44\u73af\u5883\u6b63\u5438\u5f15\u7740\u4f01\u4e1a\u5c06\u4e9a\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5177\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u56fd\u9645\u6269\u5f20\u4e5f\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6311\u6218\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u5916\u56fd\u6cd5\u89c4\u963b\u788d\u4e86\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u901a\u5e38\u8981\u6c42\u516c\u53f8\u6539\u53d8\u914d\u65b9\u3001\u5305\u88c5\u548c\u6807\u7b7e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u589e\u52a0\u5f00\u53d1\u6210\u672c\u3002\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u589e\u957f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728\u6269\u5f20\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u6539\u53d8\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u6269\u5f20\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u96be\u7406\u89e3\u4e9a\u6d32\u5e02\u573a\u4e0d\u540c\u4e14\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u4f1a\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">RegTech \u52a9\u529b\u5bfc\u822a <strong>\u76d1\u7ba1\u96f7\u533a<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u4ece\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u770b\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u53d8\u5316\u5e76\u968f\u540e\u786e\u4fdd\u5408\u89c4\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u76d1\u7ba1\u6280\u672f (RegTech) \u7684\u51fa\u73b0\u4f7f\u516c\u53f8\u80fd\u591f\u5927\u5e45\u524a\u51cf\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6210\u672c\u3002\u76d1\u7ba1\u6280\u672f\u662f\u91d1\u878d\u6280\u672f (FinTech) \u7684\u884d\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5b83\u4f7f\u7528\u5404\u79cd\u4fe1\u606f\u6280\u672f\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u5e94\u5bf9\u5404\u79cd\u76d1\u7ba1\u6311\u6218\u548c\u4e8b\u52a1\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8ba1\u7b97\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ece\u6df1\u5ea6\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u57fa\u4e8e\u795e\u7ecf\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5230\u57fa\u4e8e\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4f7f\u516c\u53f8\u80fd\u591f\u5373\u65f6\u89e3\u51b3\u76d1\u7ba1\u65b9\u7a0b\u5f0f\u5e76\u8bc4\u4f30\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u3002\u8be5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u5feb\u5730\u9002\u5e94\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5e76\u51cf\u8f7b\u4e86\u5c06\u4ea7\u54c1\u63a8\u5411\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u75db\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>RegASK \u662f RegTech \u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u9886\u57df\u7684\u9886\u519b\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5229\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u4e8b\u52a1\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u6765\u7f13\u89e3\u5feb\u901f\u6d88\u8d39\u54c1\u548c\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u5c06\u4ea7\u54c1\u63a8\u5411\u5e02\u573a\u65f6\u9047\u5230\u7684\u969c\u788d\u3002RegASK \u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u8bed\u8a00\u5904\u7406\u548c\u8bed\u4e49\u56fe\u5f15\u64ce\u6765\u56de\u7b54\u76d1\u7ba1\u95ee\u9898\u3001\u534f\u52a9\u5236\u5b9a\u4e0a\u5e02\u8def\u5f84\u548c\u7d22\u8d54\u8def\u5f84\u7b56\u7565\u4ee5\u53ca\u786e\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u786e\u4fdd\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u76d1\u7ba1\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4f7f\u5ba2\u6237\u80fd\u591f\u907f\u514d\u4e0d\u5408\u89c4\u548c\u968f\u540e\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u4e9a\u6d32\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u6765\u81ea 24 \u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684 200 \u591a\u540d\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002RegASK \u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u5165\u5168\u7403\u589e\u957f\u6700\u5feb\u7684\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4e3a\u4efb\u4f55\u76d1\u7ba1\u95ee\u9898\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8bae\u548c\u89e3\u7b54\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u548c\u4e0d\u5408\u89c4\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 <strong>\u7ed3\u8bba<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e9a\u6d32\u4e2d\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u7684\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u968f\u4e4b\u800c\u6765\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u652f\u51fa\u7684\u6d8c\u5165\uff0c\u5bf9\u90a3\u4e9b\u5e0c\u671b\u4ece\u4e2d\u83b7\u5229\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bf1\u4eba\u7684\u9886\u57df\u3002RegASK \u5229\u7528\u5176\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u9a71\u52a8\u7684 RegTech
