No1924\/2006\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u6807\u7b7e\u3001\u5c55\u793a\u6216\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u7684\u5546\u6807\u3001\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u79f0\u6216\u82b1\u54e8\u540d\u79f0\u6240\u6697\u793a\u7684\u8425\u517b\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u58f0\u660e\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u9644\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6388\u6743\u5065\u5eb7\u6216\u8425\u517b\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5141\u8bb8\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u6807\u7b7e\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u79f0\u548c\u5546\u6807\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u201c\u6c64\u529b\u6c34\u201d\u548c\u201c\u6d88\u5316\u997c\u5e72\u201d\uff09\u5904\u4e8e\u8fc7\u6e21\u671f\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8 2005 \u5e74 1 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u79f0\u7ee7\u7eed\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3 2022 \u5e74 1 \u6708 19 \u65e5\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u6b64\u65e5\u671f\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u98df\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\u5c06\u4e0d\u88ab\u5141\u8bb8\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u6697\u793a\u4e0e\u4e4b\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6216\u8425\u517b\u76ca\u5904\u4e14\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u82f1\u56fd\u4fdd\u7559\u7684\u6b27\u76df\u6cd5\u89c4 No 1924\/2006 \u8981\u6c42\u7684\u65b0\u6216\u73b0\u6709\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u79f0\/\u5546\u6807\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672a\u9644\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u6388\u6743\u5065\u5eb7\u6216\u8425\u517b\u58f0\u660e\u7684\u73b0\u6709\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u79f0\u6216\u5546\u6807\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 2022 \u5e74 1 \u6708 19 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u9010\u6b65\u6dd8\u6c70\u6216\u4ece\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u64a4\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u98df\u54c1\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u98df\u54c1\u4e0a\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u8425\u517b\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u58f0\u660e\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e0b\u653e\u4e8b\u9879\uff0c\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u3001\u82cf\u683c\u5170\u548c\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6307\u5bfc\u65b9\u9488\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e94\u53c2\u8003\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6307\u5bfc\u65b9\u9488\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5317\u7231\u5c14\u5170\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u7acb\u6cd5\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u7136\u9002\u7528\u4e14\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e94\u9075\u5faa\u6b27\u76df\u6307\u5bfc\u65b9\u9488\u548c\u7acb\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8054\u7cfb
