(CBD) \u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4f9d\u7136\u575a\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u54ea\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u5206\u6790\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5e02\u573a\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u5176\u5f53\u524d\u4ea7\u54c1\u914d\u65b9\u2014\u2014\u5373\u4fbf\u5982\u6b64\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e02\u573a\u53ef\u80fd\u5b8c\u5168\u7981\u6b62 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<br \/>\n\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f20\u8fbe\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u5982\u4f55\u9500\u552e\uff08\u6216\u4e0d\u9500\u552e\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5e7f\u6cdb\u76d1\u7ba1\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u5404\u4e2a\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u7acb\u6cd5\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u7ec6\u5206\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">CBD \u4e2d <strong>\u6b27\u6d32<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2019 \u5e74 1 \u6708\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a (EC) \u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u300a\u65b0\u578b\u98df\u54c1\u76ee\u5f55\u300b(NFC)\uff0c\u5c06\u4e00\u4e9b\u5927\u9ebb\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\u7eb3\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\uff1b\u65b0\u578b\u98df\u54c1\u4e2d\u73b0\u5728\u5141\u8bb8\u4f7f\u7528\u56db\u6c22\u5927\u9ebb\u915a (THC) \u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7 0.2% \u7684\u690d\u7269\u5927\u9ebb\u7d20\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u767b\u8bb0\u518c\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u5065\u5eb7\u6216\u8425\u517b\u58f0\u660e\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u65b0\u578b\u98df\u54c1\uff0c\u4f46\u542b\u6709\u533b\u7597\u58f0\u660e\u7684 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u6b27\u6d32\u836f\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6388\u6743\u4e3a\u533b\u7597\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002NFC \u4e3a\u6b27\u76df\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53c2\u8003\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u4e9b\u98df\u54c1\u53d7\u6b27\u76df\u836f\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX:32015R2283\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u65b0\u578b\u98df\u54c1\u6cd5\u89c4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u542f\u793a<\/strong>\uff1a\u6b64\u66f4\u65b0\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0a\u5e02\u524d\u9700\u8981\u83b7\u5f97\u5e02\u573a\u6388\u6743\u3002\u5927\u9ebb\u884c\u4e1a\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u56e0\u8fd9\u4e00\u6f2b\u957f\u800c\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u8ba4\u4e3a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.openaccessgovernment.org\/eu-novel-food-regulation-cbd\/74422\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u53ea\u6709\u5927\u516c\u53f8<\/a>\u00a0\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u627f\u62c5\u6279\u51c6\u6210\u672c\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5728 2020 \u5e74 1 \u6708 2 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u6388\u6743\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u5219\u5728 2018 \u5e74 1 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5408\u6cd5\u8fdb\u5165\u5e02\u573a\u7684 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u9500\u552e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">CBD \u4e2d <strong>\u6cf0\u56fd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2019\u5e749\u67082\u65e5\u6cf0\u56fd\u536b\u751f\u90e8\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.moph.go.th\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u7532\u57fa\u5b89\u975e\u4ed6\u547d<\/a>) \u5c06\u5927\u9ebb\u884d\u751f\u7684\u79cd\u5b50\u548c\u6cb9\u7c7b\u4ece\u7ba1\u5236\u7269\u8d28\u4e2d\u9664\u540d\u3002\u5927\u9ebb\u672c\u8eab\u4ecd\u88ab\u9ebb\u9189\u54c1\u7ba1\u5236\u5c40 (ONCB) \u89c6\u4e3a\u7ba1\u5236\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\u542b\u6709 THC \u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7 0.2% \u7684 CBD\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e8e\u8349\u836f\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\uff08\u5fc5\u987b\u6709\u5904\u65b9\uff09\u3002\u5927\u9ebb\u884d\u751f CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u4e0d\u80fd\u8fdb\u53e3\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.khaosodenglish.com\/news\/crimecourtscalamity\/2019\/09\/27\/thai-law-pure-cannabis-oil-is-no-longer-considered-narcotic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u56fd\u5185\u751f\u4ea7<\/a>\u00a0\u5141\u8bb8\u4f7f\u7528\u81f3 2024 \u5e74\uff08\u7528\u4e8e\u533b\u7597\u7814\u7a76\u7684 CBD \u53ef\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u5b9e\u4f53\u8fdb\u53e3\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u542f\u793a<\/strong>: \u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\u652f\u6301\u672c\u5730 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6388\u6743\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.khaosodenglish.com\/news\/crimecourtscalamity\/2019\/09\/27\/thai-law-pure-cannabis-oil-is-no-longer-considered-narcotic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u5916\u8d44<\/a>\u00a0\u884c\u4e1a\u5185\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5927\u9ebb\u5e02\u573a\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u8fbe\u5230\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-thailand-cannabis\/thailand-drops-cannabis-extracts-from-narcotics-list-firms-eye-investments-idUSKCN1VN0WV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u52302024\u5e74\u5c06\u8fbe\u5230$6.6\u4ebf<\/a>\uff0cCBD \u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u89e3\u5bc6\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u7ed9\u8be5\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5e26\u6765\u4e30\u539a\u56de\u62a5\u3002\u6cf0\u56fd FDA \u8fd8\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-thailand-cannabis\/thailand-drops-cannabis-extracts-from-narcotics-list-firms-eye-investments-idUSKCN1VN0WV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u8ba1\u5212\u5141\u8bb8\u4f7f\u7528<\/a>\u00a0\u672a\u6765\u5927\u9ebb\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\u5c06\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u548c\u98df\u54c1\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">CBD \u4e2d <strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u8bb8\u591a\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u6b63\u5728\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u653e\u677e\u7ba1\u5236\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u4ed6\u673a\u6784\u4ecd\u5728\u6267\u884c\u96f6\u5bb9\u5fcd\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5c06\u5927\u9ebb\u3001\u5927\u9ebb\u8102\u3001\u5927\u9ebb\u915a\u548c\u5927\u9ebb\u915a\u884d\u751f\u7269\u5217\u4e3a\u53d7\u7ba1\u5236\u836f\u7269\u3002\u00a0<a noreferrer\">\u836f\u7269\u6ee5\u7528\u6cd5<\/a>\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5927\u9ebb\u884d\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u4e25\u683c\u975e\u6cd5\u7684\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5f53\u5c40\u5df2\u7ecf\u627f\u8ba4\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/singapore\/health\/singapore-clarifies-position-on-pharmaceutical-cannabinoid-product-use-anti-drug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u6f5c\u5728\u7528\u9014<\/a>\u00a0\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u766b\u75eb\u548c\u766b\u75eb\u75c5\u7684\u836f\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u9ebb\u7d20\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u8fc7\u536b\u751f\u79d1\u5b66\u5c40\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u5ba1\u67e5\u624d\u80fd\u6ce8\u518c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u542f\u793a<\/strong>: \u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2018\/04\/30\/singapore-funds-research-on-synthetic-cannabinoids.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u7814\u7a76<\/a>\u00a0\u5408\u6210\u5927\u9ebb\u7d20\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6f5c\u529b - \u4f46\u5c31\u76ee\u524d\u60c5\u51b5\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5bf9 CBD \u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u5e76\u4e0d\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6279\u51c6\u4f5c\u4e3a\u836f\u54c1\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5728\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u6539\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">CBD \u4e2d <strong>\u7f8e\u56fd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u56fd\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u5f0f\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e86\u5927\u9ebb\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\uff1a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/blog\/fixgov\/2018\/12\/14\/the-farm-bill-hemp-and-cbd-explainer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018 \u5e74\u519c\u4e1a\u6539\u8fdb\u6cd5\u6848<\/a>\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u5c06\u201c\u5927\u9ebb\u201d\u4e00\u8bcd\u4ece\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u5bf9\u5927\u9ebb\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e2d\u5220\u9664\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u5c06 CBD \u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6743\u79fb\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4e86\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0cFDA \u5bf9 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u7acb\u573a\u4e00\u76f4\u72b9\u8c6b\u4e0d\u51b3\uff0c\u7ed9\u884c\u4e1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6df7\u4e71\u3002\u4ece\u6839\u672c\u4e0a\u8bb2\uff0c\u542b\u6709 CBD \u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u5e26\u6709\u6cbb\u7597\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6839\u636e\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5c06\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u836f\u7269\u3002\u6240\u6709\u836f\u7269\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u83b7\u5f97 FDA \u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u524d\u6279\u51c6\uff1b\u9500\u552e\u5e26\u6709\u672a\u7ecf\u8bc1\u5b9e\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u58f0\u660e\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u8fdd\u6cd5\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u542f\u793a<\/strong>: \u5c3d\u7ba1 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/news-events\/public-health-focus\/fda-regulation-cannabis-and-cannabis-derived-products-including-cannabidiol-cbd#dietarysupplements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u88ab\u6392\u9664\u5728 FDA \u5b9a\u4e49\u4e4b\u5916<\/a>\u00a0\u6839\u636e\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u836f\u54c1\u548c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff0c\u81b3\u98df\u8865\u5145\u5242\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6b64\u7c7b\u3002\u9500\u552e\u542b\u6709\u8be5\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u81b3\u98df\u8865\u5145\u5242\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5e94\u907f\u514d\u4f7f\u7528\u6cbb\u7597\u6027\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/news-events\/press-announcements\/fda-warns-15-companies-illegally-selling-various-products-containing-cannabidiol-agency-details\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77 FDA \u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5173\u6ce8<\/a>\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u76ee\u524d\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u8fdb\u5165 CBD \u4ea7\u54c1\u9886\u57df\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u7740\u9646\u70b9\u3002FDA\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/news-events\/public-health-focus\/fda-regulation-cannabis-and-cannabis-derived-products-including-cannabidiol-cbd#cosmetics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u5141\u8bb8\u5728\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u5927\u9ebb\u884d\u751f\u6210\u5206<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">CBD \u4e2d <strong>\u4e2d\u56fd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd 34 \u4e2a\u7701\u4efd\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e91\u5357\u548c\u9ed1\u9f99\u6c5f\u5df2\u6b63\u5f0f\u5c06\u5927\u9ebb\u79cd\u690d\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5730\u533a\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u751f\u4ea7 THC \u542b\u91cf\u4e3a 0.3% \u6216\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5927\u9ebb\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5927\u9ebb\u79cd\u690d\u5730\u53d7\u5230\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u9886\u5148\u7684\u5927\u9ebb\u79cd\u690d\u56fd\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hemptoday.net\/us-third-biggest-hemp-grower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u5927\u9ebb\u751f\u4ea7\u5546<\/a>\u00a0\u79cd\u690d\u7684\u5927\u9ebb\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7528\u4e8e\u51fa\u53e3\u3002\u5173\u4e8e\u4ece\u5927\u9ebb\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u7684 CBD \u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7981\u6bd2\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6700\u8fd1\u8868\u793a\uff0cCBD \u4e0d\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u9ebb\u9189\u54c1\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08\u539f\u540d FDA\uff09\u5df2\u5c06 CBD \u5217\u4e3a\u672a\u7ecf\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740 CBD \u672a\u83b7\u6279\u51c6\u7528\u4e8e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nncc626.com\/2019-03\/13\/c_1124229334.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u533b\u5b66\u7528\u9014<\/a>\u00a0\u6216\u98df\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u542f\u793a<\/strong>: CBD \u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u5e94\u7528\u76f8\u5f53\u6709\u9650\u3002\u76ee\u524d CBD \u5728\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u5176\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tryplainjane.com\/blog\/legal-status-of-cbd-around-the-world-a23c4c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u662f\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u3002<\/a>\u00a0\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u9500\u552e\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u62a4\u7406\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u73b0\u5927\u9ebb\u4e8c\u915a\u6cb9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.caixinglobal.com\/2019-12-03\/exclusive-cbd-oil-sold-on-chinas-e-commerce-platforms-raises-regulation-concerns-101489843.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u5e73\u53f0<\/a>\u00a0\uff08\u4eac\u4e1c\u548c\u6dd8\u5b9d\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">CBD \u4e2d <strong>\u5df4\u897f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5df4\u897f\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5728\u96f6\u552e\u5c42\u9762\u4e0a\u5bf9 CBD
