He works closely with regulatory and compliance teams to translate real-world challenges, data signals, and emerging trends into actionable intelligence.

Khalid Azzouzi
Industry Expert
Khalid Azzouzi is Head of CDMO (Contract Manufacturing & Development Organization) at AXIUM, reporting to the Group CEO and acting as the de facto general manager of a fast-growing industrial platform spanning three manufacturing sites and a product development unit. He holds full end-to-end responsibility for the unit’s strategy and execution, including commercial leadership, customer delivery, and operational performance. His scope covers product development and industrialization, manufacturing engineering, cleanroom production from manual assembly to fully automated lines alongside injection molding and industrial capability expansion (including extrusion). Khalid also supports startups and scale-ups through hands-on regulatory and operational coaching, helping teams build fit-for-purpose systems and navigate market constraints with pragmatic, compliant pathways.
He currently sponsors group-wide digitalization initiatives, including automation and applied AI to strengthen execution, traceability, and decision-making. Prior to AXIUM, he held senior roles RA/QA/OPS leadership at Nestlé Health Science.
