On 15 September 2022, La Commission européenne published a new regulation, modifying Annex II, III, and V of the EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009.
This Regulation covers substances classified as Carcinogenic, Mutagenic or toxic for Reproduction (CMR) of categories 1A, 1B, or 2 by the ATP 17 of the CLP.
