Israel defined a new food additives category: flavored sunflower seed dedicated to direct-to-consumer sales.
In this category, the following 3 sweeteners may be used up to the below limits:
– E950 Acesulfame K – up to 350 mg/kg
– E951 Aspartame – up to 500 mg/kg
– E955 Sucralose – up to 200 mg/kg
