On May 20th, 2022, the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued the “Clarifications for the use of texts showing properties on labels and advertisements for Cosmetics containing cannabis and hemp” under Cosmetics Act B.E. 2558 (2015).
It includes performance indications for cannabis or hemp-containing cosmetics as below:
