Australia Tga Repeals Advertising Permission For Nicotine Products
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has repealed the Advertising Permission for Nicotine, effective from 1 January 2024.
This move comes as part of the ongoing reforms to regulate vaping products. Initially introduced to assist with transitioning to new regulations in October 2021, the temporary permission has been revoked after over two years of scheduling changes.
