NMPA approved the use of Ethyl Lauroyl Arginine HCl as a cosmetic preservative

Cosmetics Cream And Lipstick

NMPA approved the use of Ethyl Lauroyl Arginine HCl as a cosmetic preservative and Methoxy PEG-23 Methacrylate, Calcium Phosphoryl Oligosaccharide, and Steareth-200 as raw materials for cosmetics, effective immediately.

Ethyl Lauroyl Arginine HCl was originally listed in the “List of Used Cosmetic Ingredients”. Now that it is officially classified as a preservative, the registration requirements are higher and more difficult. But on the other hand, it also reflects China’s more open attitude towards new raw materials.
