Brazil: 2nd Edition of the Q&A Document on Food Nutrition Labelling Issued

On 19 January, ANVISA issued the 2nd edition of the Question and Answer Document on Food Nutrition Labelling. This addition includes those doubts received through the ANVISA’s attention channels (technical consultations from the food industry, ANVISA’s call center, among others), which derived in the amendment of the regulation to correct those typos and include missing information in October 2022.

 

It is worth mentioning that this also applies to food supplements which are classified within the food regulation in Brazil.
