CNHFA published the “Fat Powder for Special Foods Group Standards”. This standard applies to fat powders that are used in formula for special medical purposes and formula for infants or young children.
It includes:
- Definition and relevant terms of fat powder;
- Raw material requirements;
- and Mycotoxins limit, microbial limit, etc.
The new standard takes effect on 1 February 2022.
