Indonesia BPOM opened Public Consultation for Halal Labelling for Traditional Medicine and Supplements

The public consultation by Legal Documentation and Information Network of the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) is for Articles 34, 35 and 37 (2).
The Article 34 of the draft regulation on labeling of traditional medicine, quasi-medicine, and health supplements states that information about halal labeling must be included after the business entity obtains a halal certificate issued by a government-established body in local language.
