Paraguay Health Commission Reported Work on FOP Labelling

The Paraguay Public Health Commission, chaired by Deputy Roque Sarubbi (ANR-Caazapá), reported the work performed during the second half of 2022, highlighted the study of several projects of interest at a national level that includes the bill “Establishing the implementation of front-of-package warning labelling according to nutritional composition” approved with modifications during the ordinary session of the Chamber of Deputies carried out on 23 November.

So far, no other progress than this approval has been mentioned, being likely that the bill was discussed during the first half of 2023.
