The GACC issued the English version on its official website of the regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Foods. After the previous No.248 and No.249 announcement, there have been lots of discussions around overseas manufacturers who import food products to China. In order to facilitate the registration process for relevant parties, GACC announced the English version of the Registration Regulation in order to make it easier and more accessible to comply with the Regulation.
Overseas food manufactures must comply with the details in the Regulation and register their companies in the GACC system as quickly as possible.
