These standards have been effective since March 29, 2021. From now on, when sellers release a cosmetics product on the platform, apart from Brand name, product name, and other basic information, they also need to mention whether the product contains CBD (cannabidiol, etc.).
If the product contains CBD, the product’s THC test report needs to be uploaded accordingly. THC content should not exceed 0.3%.
