INVIMA notified the registration of 4 products based on industrial hemp that is in compliance with Decree N° 811 of 2021 and Resolution 227 of 2022 which regulated the use of industrial hemp in foods and dietary supplements.
These products belong to the following categories:
– Nuts (seed)
– Beverages (juices and nectars)
– Energy drinks
– Hemp oil (tuna loin in hemp oil).
